I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious, clean space and the friendly, professional staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with no long waiting times. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, minibar, and fully functional air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all necessary toiletries. A major highlight was the beautiful view from the balcony, which provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The dining service was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, all beautifully presented. The hotel’s restaurant served high-quality local and international cuisine, making every meal enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel featured a clean swimming pool, a modern gym, and a relaxing spa. Its location was convenient, close to the city center and major attractions. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel worth experiencing. I will definitely return if I have the chance.

Everything about this hotel was goodc to room, service and food. Softest pillow with very good sleep quality because the night was quite. near to the city centre and surrounding by lots of good coffe shop and restaurant. Thanks Rey and Amy for their kindness, 😄

Great hotel and the staff was awesome! Thank you Mr.Tony for your kind assistance! The room was clean, elegance and comfortable. I love it!. Housekeeping checked in daily. Breakfast buffet had variety of healthy juices such as detox, celery juice. A great day to start the way for the healthy concious person like me. Only there is not a conveniences stores nearby. You have to well prepare for important stuffs prior to go to the hotel. However, it is very great to stay here.

Brand new hotel managed by the Frasers brand was in awe of the decor. English speaking staff was definitely welcome. Rooms were tastefully decorated. What a lobby by the way, the sense of arrival and the very inviting restaurant Yen A. As they just opened there's no breakfast buffet yet only a set menu. Wonderful pool and gym facilities.
