The hotel location is good, easy to find food and short distance to the Dongfang station.
The room is spacious and clean.
There is a laundry room, so we got our clothes cleaned and dry before leaving.
We would like to thank you the front desk’s staffs, they are helpful and friendly.
We will come back to stay here if we come to Dongfang in future.

The room is large, with good audio-visual effects. There is a large balcony in the room. There is a transparent corridor outside the room door, which is very ventilated. There are 2 large washbasins, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no towel bar. You can have breakfast at the Time Machine Western Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel for 20 yuan per person and there are many varieties.

房間很好，投屏巨大，音響效果好，飲用水配的是富氫水，紙杯是密封包裝的，枕頭還標明瞭軟硬度，很不錯的體驗，性價比很高。酒店周圍很繁華，臨近福民夜市，非常熱鬧，停車也很方便。幾個小問題，一是沒有毛巾架，得放在池子邊上，很不衞生，二是馬桶造型有點特別，看上去不錯，但使用時卻感覺不是很舒服。

酒店房間超級大，經濟實惠，前台服務員特別熱情，周邊吃的特別多，樓上有家星空吧，樓下一樓還有一家酒吧，出行方便，離動車站3公里，酒店門口500就是政府搞的福民夜市小吃街，值得推薦給朋友過來入住體驗

這裏離高鐵站很近，才3公里，離海邊5公里，旁邊還有個剛開業的夜市，很多人，很熱鬧，在住期間有什麼問題前台都及時給我們解決了，服務態度真的很不錯的，這裏還有健身房，有機器人送東西，小孩子很喜歡

東方市的東方奧亞酒店偶爾遇到了這一家酒店，酒店的環境非常的好，開車五分鐘就可以到魚鱗洲島。酒店的房間非常的寬敞，設施也非常的完善，衞生間和洗手間是乾濕分離的，而且面積非常的大，熱水非常的充足，而且水流很大，衞生條件更是沒得説床單和，被褥潔白如玉，枕頭有軟的和硬的之分，這令人驚訝的是，還有富氫水隨便飲用，這是一種保健水，外面賣的很貴的。前台的服務員服務很熱情，看到我們這樣的年齡，給升級了房間。早餐也非常的豐盛，雖然品種不是太多，但是足可以讓顧客滿意。前面的廣場就有停車充電的地方，不過缺乏管理，很多沒有充電的車佔用了充電的位置，這可能不是酒店的問題。酒店本身的地下停車場很大，還有充電樁，這個城市非常的乾淨，這個酒店同樣的也非常的令人滿意，有時間還會住這兒的

設施：一般，廉價感。是公寓式酒店，和社會公寓混在一起，條件很差。樓道拖地之後很濕很濕，明顯水潭，大人和小孩都摔跤了。隔音很差，晚上很吵鬧。
衞生：衞生條件極差，血漬、污漬、尿漬、毛髮、**，到處都是。我們兩個房間4張床，全部都要求換了床單被套枕套。搞笑的是，服務員拿來更換的床單被套也有污漬。
環境：環境條件一般，樓道玻璃不封閉，呼呼颳大風。酒店周圍吵鬧臟亂，摩託聲、叫賣聲、鞭炮聲不斷。酒店後面是荒地、垃圾房，環境很差。
服務：基本沒有服務可言。叫前台拿東西，慢得很，即使在前台等着，也磨磨蹭蹭，過了很久既然走過來問要拿什麼？！保潔阿姨來換床單被罩，居然説很乾凈，而且第一句話就是不一定有乾淨的備用的床單被罩。。。
早餐：早餐的服務員説他們和酒店是分開的，根本不管攜程上的定價，脾氣很差，始終拿着POS機急着收錢割韭菜。攜程寫的成人早餐20元每人，酒店要收25元每人。離譜的是，1米2以下的小朋友都要收15元每人。早餐品類也很少，味道很差，煮粉的工作人員手機玩玩，臉摸摸，然後煮粉，衞生實在不行。

前台辦理入住快，房間很大有陽台，有一次性拖鞋和洗澡用的拖鞋，洗澡水很沖，有專門的富氧水，早餐很豐富推薦牛肉粉，枕頭有軟硬兩種很貼心，附近有個夜市吃的非常豐富。
