確實是性價比很高的名宿，位置好，設施也新，採光好，樓下有各種餐飲店，距離萬達也就1公里左右，汽車站，高鐵站都近，過渡長租都合適。

福源樓旅租在附道邊，乖公交車到店有幾百米、附近有小飯店和菜市場，吃飯和購物較方便，旅租店衞生還算乾淨，房間隔音較差，我住的房間走廊燈和壁燈不亮。

強烈建議酒店安裝紗窗啊，痛苦折磨啊，海南有蚊子，這個酒店房間窗户很大，但是遺憾的是沒有安裝紗窗，所以每天晚上根本就不敢開窗户通風睡覺，天氣又熱不開窗通風挺悶熱的，可為了不被蚊子咬即使是關着窗户睡覺，還是被可惡的蚊子咬的全身都是大包小包，實在是沒辦法 ，就去葯店花錢買了蚊蟲叮咬的葯膏，大半夜被可惡的蚊子咬的睡不着，爬起來全身大包小包抹葯，抹完還是癢，實在是有些痛苦啊，建議酒店以後能安裝紗窗，畢竟是在南方沿海城市，沒有紗窗蚊子就無法避免，特別影響旅客睡眠休息啊，沒辦法又自己花錢去買了一瓶殺蚊子的噴劑，效果也不太好，被蚊子折磨的痛苦難受啊
