衞生一般有蟑螂，睡到凌晨五點多聽到有ktv的歌聲！打電話給前台處理，一直重複説以前沒有這樣的情況且不給解決問題的方式，還把電話掛斷，後續找了平台上的酒店聯繫方式才處理問題，總之體驗很不好，不會再有下次了！
