在觀瀾湖別墅區（疊墅），觀瀾湖高爾夫草坪沒得説，絕對高大上，但回到房子這邊樓宇外觀有點舊，內部裝修倒是很新，就是地下室KTV新風系統不太好，味道很重。最不方便是開車進去流程複雜，而且外賣還不送，這一點必須提醒。
房東人還不錯。
