However, the rooms are customized, there is no refrigerator in my room, and the hotel cannot provide an ice bucket to remedy the situation.
The washing machine claims to have integrated washing and drying functions, but it does zero drying.
The staff was playing mobile games at the front desk late at night and did not notice the guests.
The bed next to the toilet is in a dead corner of the air conditioner, and it is very stuffy to sleep.

Clean and hygienic, polite staff
