The overall service was good. The hotel is well-located in terms of access to shops, public transport and restaurants. The hotel has decent laundry and gym facilities. I did not use the hotel restaurant, so cannot comment on how it was. The housekeeping staff were excellent. I was not too happy using wi-fi is there was no secure connection (this was my only fault with this hotel).
I would happily recommend this facility and would stay there again. Great value for money.

In this “international hotel” nobody speaks English. Room I’ve got had non-functional AC and vault was locked. We asked for room change and we’ve got another room where vault was locked. Nobody came even after two reminders and lot of wondering “no one arrived yet to unlock vault?” Room smelled after cigarettes even declared as “non smoking “ room. For me, sorry, never ever again.

When we arrived at the hotel around 9pm, the front desk lady politely asked us if we could accept a room next to the elevator, but my girlfriend refused. The waiter arranged another room for us and gave us a box of fruit bowls.
