The hygiene is very average...especially the curtains are so dirty...if they were pulled down, the dust would be all over the bed? The environment is so-so. We booked the Lotus Double Room. The outside area is large, but the area we are in is very small. And, the important thing is, the double bed we slept on was at the head of the bed, and the fan of the air conditioner was hanging outside our bed, making it noisy all night long! It was so loud that it scared me** that sound! There was no way to fall asleep! The sound was super loud, and it was very loud all of a sudden! Who can stand this? My daughter was woken up by this sound just after she fell asleep! The three stars for service are given to the hotel staff, who came regularly to add mosquito coils and help us light a fire for the barbecue. However, we were originally dissatisfied with the room and wanted to change it. The sales person said that it was just like this and could not be changed. We were a little disappointed here.
