星期六下午五點入住，正好降温了很冷，特別風吹的很冷，房間空調打開沒有暖氣，六點出去吃飯晚上9點多回酒店和前台説了下暖氣問題，客房服務員上來調整了十來分鐘説晚點還沒有暖氣找前台，我問換房間行不行？床沒有睡過東西也沒有用過，她不答，過了半個小時還沒有暖氣打電話前台，前台叫服務員送了床被子，一邊鋪一邊説她自己住了一年多開暖氣不好她不喜歡開暖氣，我明白她沒有別的意思，但是我在外面被凍到了我很需要暖氣，被套上的污漬説是上個客人的咖啡倒了，那麼大一個被子兩邊都倒了咖啡？不管是什麼污漬臟了是不是要洗乾淨？枕頭下面有毛髮，洗髮水就剩個底，酒店前台不跟人打招呼都是我們主動問她，調空調的那個服務員頭髮凌亂走路左歪右歪跟沒睡醒似的，早餐大都是冷的，大家有需要的話建議住附近別的酒店，我是去看親戚，親戚有推薦附近別的酒店説價位相等但是乾淨服務好，我因為相信維也納是老品牌了沒聽親戚的，可能這家維也納對散客無所謂吧。

房間挺乾淨的，停車方便，前台接待也很好，本來以為選的是2份早餐，結果不知怎麼的點成一份了，問了前台還給免費送了一份早餐，總體很滿意

房間全是煙味，開了空調也消不掉，三更半夜下面工廠竟然整夜施工，吵的不行，還有塑料燒焦的氣味。早餐9點40就全部沒了，還不加，這是住過最垃圾的酒店，可以直接拉黑
