環境非常非常差！！！！！！！真的勸退大家！！！！不要來！！！避雷！！！！！一進房門就看到蟲子，而且牆和地板都是黑的壞的，鼠標鍵盤都包漿了，跟沒擦過一樣，後來覺得環境太差實在受不了，跟前台溝通協商能不能退錢不住，結果前台態度非常惡劣，不跟我溝通，一直駁回撤銷我的退單申請，甚至直接掛斷電話！後續已經打電話給消協進行投訴了，真希望不要再有人來住，太噁心了

住了兩個禮拜了 有兩個訂單因為還在睡覺 前台一直打電話然而定錯了房型 下來問是不是補**上差價 哈哈哈哈 不行領導不同意我衹是個前台一定要補酒店開房的差價 退了重訂也不行 第一次遇到這樣的 其實這都不是錢的事 説個話都不會説 做什麼鬼生意 又不是第一次來 天天在這邊都是這樣 那就祝你一天流失一個老客户

電競酒店好像都是煙味，開了空調都除不掉的，浴室堵水了，店家很快處理好，電腦是網吧那種，體驗很差，查了配置是虛標的，我自己帶了耳機鍵盤鼠標，到地方連個插口都找不到，主機是不在房間的，從其他地方連進來的。總體體驗不ok，環境不如酒店好，打遊戲不如網吧好。

房間乾淨整潔電腦配置高i7的，分辨率也槓槓的，42寸顯示器吧，網速可以，機械鍵盤 E鼠標，她們前台接待服務很好，辦理入住也快，性價比高
