Rooms are ok and tidy but the receptionist is not good and the carpark is not good and no cover (outdoor plus temporary parking).

The hotel is average! There is a late-night snack stall not far away, full of people eating late-night snacks! But if you check in at night, it is difficult to park and you have to find a spot yourself. The room facilities are OK. The TV cannot be projected, which is not very convenient. The hotel environment is very good. I live in a tatami room. The bed is big enough to sleep four people. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Dongguan!

Hotel is in an old building but renovated. I don’t even know I have booked a room without windows when check in since it’s not mentioned in my room description. Front desk is willing to upgrade my room so that room is nicer than expected. This hotel located in city centre and really convenient. I would recommend it to business travellers.
