The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Chinese and Western food are located on both sides of the lobby. The Chinese morning tea is good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively introduced the hotel's swimming pool garden and self-service laundry room. The room has been upgraded. The service lady on the floor was also very enthusiastic during my stay. She took the initiative to ask questions. Do not add mineral water. A good experience and good value for money.

My friends and I stayed at Hyatt Regency during the marathon. Excellent location, situated next to the beautiful Songshan Lake. The hotel staff were amazing, helpful and enthusiastic with their job. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed the hot and cold pool plunges as well as relaxing around the hotel.

This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

I have been to Qiaotou many times, but this is the first time I chose Sanzheng Banshan. The price/performance ratio is amazing. The garden-style hotel, surrounded by swimming pools around the rooms, has the style of a Thai resort hotel. The interior building materials are exquisite. Although it is a bit old, you can imagine how exquisite it was in the past. The location is close to Lianhu Lake. It takes nearly an hour to walk around the lake, pass the mutton food street, Lianhu Park, and look at the tower set off by lights on the top of the mountain. It feels very comfortable to live in this once remote area of Dongguan.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

The location is very good. The room is clean and tidy. This is an old hotel for more than 20 years. It is in such good condition and well maintained.
