Interior design of hotel and room furniture layout were artistic, as suggested by the hotel name. Facilities included a cabinet dryer in the room were beyond hotel norm. Clean room. Near several restaurants, big supermart and a great beach to watch sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic. Claiming different booking no., initially reception staff refused check in and wanted guest to call Trip.com directly despite having correct guest name clearly shown on hotel computer screen. With reasoning, reception agreed to call trip.com and matter was resolved. Hotel needs to improve customer service further in this aspect. Other than the above, we enjoy our stay very much.

The building was old, but the rooms were renovated and clean. The bedding was clean, there was no unpleasant smell, and the amenities were well equipped, so I was able to stay comfortably.
