"The hotels location was great, walking distance to chuam beach, the bat cave and McDonald’s haha. The hotel was a little hard to find as the entrance is not on the Main Street but rather towards the back.
The hotel room was nice though a little dark. It would be nice if the shower was separated from the bath tub. There was cigarettes smoke coming from the bathroom and it was pretty strong. Woke up almost suffocated by cigarette smoke in the morning but besides that, it was a nice hotel."

"Location is neutral, drove there. Good parking space along the road. Cleanliness can be better improved as there are still hair in the toilet. Service is good and owner assisted us with our luggage up to thr floor that we are staying. View was good too with the sea! Room has good amenities such as fridge, 2 wash basins, hangers, tables and chairs. 4 towels for 1 night too which is good as some places dont even give so many towels. Tooth paste is also provided. For showering, quite difficult to get the correct temperature, need some to get used to it. Not very sound proof. Room is big and the space is good for 2 people! Overall, good place to stay in especially if u drove to Donghae! Gave high rating as nothing much to complained about though it is not the best~"

JJulia031089I had a very pleasant stay at Oceancity view hotel. My room was quiet small but cozy and super clean which I loved! There was everything that I needed and more. I didn’t cook so couldn’t try the cute kitchen that even had a rice cooker not to mention the refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and kettle, utensils, pots and pans… Wow, I was really impressed.
The most important thing (for me) was the location. I wanted to explore Hanseom beach and a trail with pine trees along the cost. It took me only 5 minutes to get to the beach from the hotel. It’s just across the road. There’s also 7/11 with a terrific view of the sea. You can sip some tea or coffee watching the sunset. Honestly, it was too cold for me to drink outside. I’ll try to get there again in summer.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay:) 감사합니다 :) Thanks so much
P.s. The hotel staff at the reception speaks pretty good English

모모해쨩It's clean and warm, the bathroom is good, the hot water works well, the water pressure is good, the hotel facilities are good, and I like that there's a convenience store in the basement, but the hotel is a bit dry. I also wish the amenities were a little better~! There was no toothbrush and toothpaste, and the shampoo and conditioner did not suit me well. It would be okay for those who are sitting on the bus. The location is good as it is right in front of the terminal, and taxis are easy to find. There are supermarkets and Starbucks nearby, not just convenience stores, and the staff are friendly. If you come to Donghae, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. I think I'll take it and come again. The sea is a 30-minute walk away. It's good.

The advantage of the hotel is the price.
The cleaning was good and the bedding was clean.
Usually, there are places where the mattress cover is not replaced when cleaning after the stay, but the cover and the quilt on it are clean.
The covering quilt was warm and clean too.
The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator worked well, so it was good to store food and it was an old hotel, but it was well maintained.
And the next morning, the next morning, the next building sauna service is included.
It was good.It was good to unwind.
The boss kindly explained it, but the breakfast was gone and the people staying in the sauna were free, so I used it early the next morning because I was curious.
Of course, you can't imagine a sauna at a four or five-star hotel.
Clean bath sauna facilities and no problem with use.
Anyway, I have been resting very comfortably in a well-cost-effective hotel.
And finally, I hope this is a little bit better than a downside.
The parking lot is small, so I care about Munkok when I get on and off.
And I stayed in 803, and only TV inside room 803
I think it would have been nice to be connected.
Compared with the living room TV, the TV in the room is connected, and if you can lie in bed and watch TV, the people who use it will be very satisfied.
Next time, I'm lying in the bed in the room, watching TV, relaxing.

I liked the hotel coco very much other than these two.
If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel and not expecting it, I would recommend it.
I will use Hotel Coco every time I travel to the East Sea.
The boss is healthy until you see me again ^^

It's good to wake up early in the morning and enjoy the sunrise and hot springs,
and there's a seawater pool so you can enjoy swimming even in winter🩵
There's a hotel wellness program, so make sure to make a reservation in advance and enjoy it.

It was relatively clean and quiet, but the bathroom was very small, so it was a little uncomfortable when taking a shower.

JJulia1003I actually chose this hotel due to its proximity to both ferry terminal and the train station. Besides, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to incredible Chuam beach by taxi.
So, when I arrived at the hotel, they surprisingly upgraded my standard room to a deluxe one with a jacuzzi. The room was huge, clean, but a bit dark to my liking and also there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, when I opened the window the smell was gone.
The hotel is very quiet, I felt like I was there alone even if I saw some people checking in.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed was just nearby, the guy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, and I did appreciate that he upgraded my room. What a nice little thing that cheered me up after a long ferry trip!
There are also many cafes and restos in that area. You can walk around and explore these on foot.
