Jiachen International Hotel

Generally speaking, it is OK, except that the facilities are a bit old, the breakfast variety is not small, and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

I checked into the hotel at 8:30 pm on August 14th and parked my car at the hotel entrance. I checked out at 8 am on the 15th. My car was robbed and 500 yuan in cash was stolen. Some change was not taken and items were scattered all over the car. The car was under the hotel's surveillance. After notifying the hotel, I set off in a hurry. They didn't reply to me until the afternoon of August 15th, saying that the surveillance did not capture anyone moving the car. I asked what kind of hotel is this? Am I making something up? This hotel does not even have basic security guarantees, and the security is non-existent. Please think twice if you need to book this hotel in the future, especially those who drive to the hotel. I didn't expect that in the current social environment, there would be such thefts in the car in the middle of the night. The local social security can be imagined. You should be cautious when passing by this place in the future.

Stayed twice. The first experience was very bad, and I wanted to change to another hotel, but the second customer was also nearby so I didn't change. The second time I changed rooms and it was better. The main problem is that there seemed to be fewer charges for the room the second time. See the picture below. These are all chargeable items. What's worse is that the floor drain in the room was blocked on the first night, and when I took a shower, there was water all over my ankles.

I took my kindergarten child to Donghai, and the hotel said that only two adults could dine there. As for the child, the hotel said that only one adult could not eat and give the food to the child. What a rubbish restaurant, the key is the attitude is so bad!

I booked this hotel randomly when I was rushing to Lianyungang during the May Day holiday. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it. The boss should spend some money to clean it up, otherwise people will think that cheating the deposit is also part of the hotel's income.

The room was very clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, no odor, good ventilation, quiet and comfortable, good service, rich breakfast, and hygienic and healthy dishes.
