It's a very nice hot spring garden hotel with a beautiful environment. The hotel staff was very considerate in contacting me before arriving. If I had any special requirements, confirmed the arrival time, etc., the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was warm, friendly and thoughtful, and the check-in procedure was quick. The room was very comfortable and we had a great time here.

房間很乾凈，服務很貼心，因為是冬天，酒店會提前聯絡幫我們打開空調，全屋智能控制也是很方便，洗澡水水質也很好，洗完感覺不會乾澀。最重要的兩點，那個護髮素真的超級好用，早飯很豐盛，還貼心的保温送到房間。很贊很贊。

房間內取暖器是壞的，漏水用不了。床頭是沒有給手機充電的插座，兩個插座一個用來插路由器一個插門鈴還沒電。房間內前台的電話是沒有的，所謂的私人管家根本沒有，歡迎禮品是沒有的。前台人員服務很差，酒店本身在鎮上，周圍都是土菜館，想問前台午飯，晚飯酒店有沒有食堂，前台卻問我們有沒有訂餐，從頭到尾都沒有人告訴我們怎麼訂餐，後面又讓直接去村子裏找飯店吃。訂的温泉私湯，屋子一進門就一股子木頭漆味。總結而言完全不值它的價錢。

住宿環境和條件非常不錯，工作人員照顧也很周到。入住贈送温泉票，上午10點去泡的，人不多，一人一池很安逸。早餐比較簡單，但乾淨衞生。就是娛樂健身設施都在小松泉温泉裏面，如果不泡温泉就沒辦法使用，畢竟温泉也不是完全免費的。儘管如此，我們一家三口還是覺得有機會還會入住的，人少清凈環境服務佳。

福如東海大概有20多年歷史了，本人每年都要住一兩次，現在被中國第一批五星酒店南京金陵飯店收購有重新裝修改造，整體水平又上了一個台階，六星的環境設施，五星的服務管理，經濟型酒店的價格，到東海連雲港的一定要來住一次，超值！單單68的小松原温泉在大城市就可以賣到200以上，這個價格十幾年了都沒有漲價，真是虧待了那麼好的温泉了，許多有泡温泉經驗的都知道，東海小松原的温泉全國一流！
