來説説對這家的真實感受:樓下有一條狂躁的大狗，每隔一會就會狂吠很久，聲音近在咫尺，巨響巨清楚，它的主人也是時不時大聲呵斥和揍狗，不論時間，不管鄰里。幾十年的老房子簡易的窗户隔音百分之十。我在這裏住幾天每天深夜不是十二點就是兩三點被吵醒，很久無眠。這樣巨大的噪聲，換成別的地方，早不知道多少人打爛投訴電話了，街道晚上不休息也會上門處理。這樣擾民的情形竟長時間無人發聲，也是奇事一件！反映了也沒人處理協調，反正他們也不住我所處的這個離噪聲最近的位置。要不是假期房間難訂，何須這樣忍受。非常失敗的一次住宿。便宜沒好貨。

#好評#對性價比，房間佈局，鄰近餐廳，房間大小，走廊隔音，交通方便程度滿意；房间卫生很好，老板把床单洗的很干净，很整洁，无异味。老板把价格定的很低。
来准备考试住在这里，很合适，环境也挺安全的，店主是夫妻二人性格很好，服务态度好
