這家酒店真的非常棒！位置優越，交通便利，周圍有很多商店。房間乾淨整潔，床非常舒適，設施齊全，服務態度也很好。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，工作人員熱情友好，入住和退房都很順利。

首先，我因為出差連續住了4晚。我定的房型做了升級，我到酒店的時候告知升級的房間也沒了，我説那要怎麼辦咧，最後溝通下來才又升了一級。
設施：
1.這個床單有個洞，一直沒有更換過，不知道阿姨是怎麼覺得OK的
2.房間打掃衞生後沒有及時更換新的地巾，礦泉水也沒有及時補齊，我要的時候還要一副質疑我的樣子，很無奈
3.最無語的是空調完全不製冷，在密閉空間下温度一直徘徊在27-28，晚上熱醒N次
環境：房間有小蟲子並且還有🕷️

過來出差，當地供應商給推薦的這個。維也納之前給我印象是設施陳舊裝修過時。這個是兩年前才建的，看裝修還可以的樣子。入住之後很滿意：1. 有化粧鏡2. 沐浴露香型是潘海利根很喜歡。3.掛衣服和換鞋的設計很人性化。4. 有舒適的辦公桌和枱燈。

出來旅行20多天，住的最舒服的酒店。前台看我們帶着小孩還給我們免費升級了房間，這一路孩子玩的東西一直在丟，衹有這家酒店還打電話問我們是否需要。服務非常棒，早餐也很豐盛，孩子也吃得挺好的！
