Upon check in to the room, noticed a used shower cap was still hanging in the bathroom, the towels seems a bit wet and only 1 pair of slippers was provided in the room. The housekeeping did send additional slippers to us upon request. Add point is the front desk staff was friendly.

The hotel area is very convenient with restaurant around which easy to find food. The room is clean. The amenities is ok. Quite near the airport and easy to find rides.

The cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh

On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason. To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey. That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.
