先説位置：房間是在海邊的小區裏面，房間可以看海，步行到海邊300米左右。早起去看日出很方便，門口有一排擺攤，淡季的原因，營業的不多。樓下有很多電動車出租。出行總體方便。 往紅綠燈方向走，有很多海鮮大排檔。
再説環境: 整體保持不錯，看得出有在用心的維護，提早到了房間，管家提前安排給我入住，剛好看到阿姨在換抱枕套，還不錯。有一次性的毛巾浴巾，牙刷等。重點還有一次性馬桶墊，自己帶的都沒有派上用場。另外，居然還有小抓夾，果然還是女人懂得女人。
最後！ 不得不説，東山島的民宿服務很好，下完訂單之後，提前聯繫發攻略，詢問幾點到，也拉了個小羣，管家在羣裏有問必答。整體性價比還是很高的。當然，各方面比不上五星級酒店啦，不過，作為情懷為主的民宿，很可以啦。

定的是主題海景大床房，房間可以看到部分海景，不是180度無遮擋的，不過性價比很高。淡季價格很划算。主要是房間比較乾淨。被子整潔，有熨燙過的痕跡。枕頭很舒服，和隊友趕車很累，一晚睡得很好。地理位置也不錯，定這裏主要是要看日出得，開電動車去看日出2分鐘，很方便。周邊早餐比較少，不過可以叫外賣送到房間，影響不大。

不建議來這個民宿住，電梯上樓走廊是手控的，要一個個拍打按鈕，裏面燈光➕外面氛圍有點恐怖，還有蟑螂，雖然部分佈置跟照片一致，那個陽台真的全是灰塵，看到的海是一半的，另外一半是在建地。

服務值得肯定，送了伴手禮，有需求及時迴應處理。
民宿在小區裏，路面停車不方便，衹有兩幢樓可以下地庫停車，辦理入住和房間不在同一幢，辦完入住需要步行，提着行李去房間，如果帶小孩着實不方便，旅遊旺季遊客非常多，住得樓層高的話電梯要等比較久，定了兩間房，一間在低樓層，看不到海，但是整體看去還可以，另一間海景房，陽台欄桿脱漆掉皮，空調出風口和被子有黴斑，店家説因為海邊潮濕，空調外機就在陽台門邊上，夜裡睡覺噪音有些大，一次性牙刷，杯子等洗漱用品是直接放在浴室櫃格子裏，建議放置一個收納盒，淋浴房的沐浴用品是放在地上的，建議安裝一個置物架，浴室門，水龍頭包漿，不知道店家打掃衞生是什麼標準，如果是對衞生要求比較高的建議慎重選擇，客觀評價，除了店家的服務，其餘的確實影響體驗感，別槓，槓就是你們對。

這個房型海景很好，180度沒有遮擋，客廳很大，4個人剛好，房間新佈置的，床很舒服。 還幫我們安排了一次性四件套，乾淨衞生，用品提供齊全。有專屬的旅遊羣，不懂就問。服務態度很棒，感受到了用心，下次還來。

第二次過來玩了，本來是跟女朋友兩個人，後面小夥伴也要一起來，就補差價升級了一套兩室一廳，房間很大，而且直接就能看到日出，巨美！很推薦
