設施：電梯存在安全隱患 4個人就超載了不知道怎麼回事 上個電梯停一層響一次簡直離譜 那個房間也是很冷
衞生：一般 就正常條件 四個人一個廁所有點麻煩
環境：一般 牆有些損壞 床單也有點老舊
服務：一般 房東回覆挺到位的 就是如果有開車不建議停那裡 車費有點貴

不好的出行體驗，到了民宿房間還沒有打掃，垃圾一地，照片絕對是（照騙）東山島名不副實，吃的沒有，玩的沒意思，民宿就在爛尾樓內，空盪盪的房間很嚇人，管家還是挺熱情的，奉勸大家別踩坑，孩子衣服落在那裡了，也找不回來，差評！
