很喜歡若初見的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，
服務周到，細微之處見用心：提前打電話聯繫問到達時間、提供詳細的玩與吃的攻略、幫着規劃線路、每天送一份水果，這對於每日奔波各景點沒時間買水果的我真是太貼心啦，雖然房型不含早但老闆邀請吃早餐，提供洗衣服務，不需要我自己盯着洗衣機烘乾機，酒店還免費提供一次性面巾與浴巾…總之一句話：如果你來東山島選擇住這家酒店，你就等着投喂吧，啥都不用自己超心。

廣東人來胡建，發現這邊所有的住宿 餐飲的服務人員態度都很好。這個民宿也會提前加你微信，把位置，遊玩攻略都告訴你。民宿還有洗衣機烘乾機，挺方便。地理位置挺好，出去就是海，晚上聽得到海浪拍打的聲音。

服務：非常熱情的老闆，提前加了微信後，發送了到達民宿最方便的路線，推薦了最近的停車場（不是南門灣停車場，推薦的停車場停車位超級多即便節假日，停車一晚上15元），推薦了東山島上的行程攻略和小吃美食。到店後，工作人員也非常熱情，招呼着吃茶几上的水果和零食。
環境：地理位置當然非常不錯，幾步路就到海堤路上，熙熙攘攘的假期人流。另外一邊也可以穿街走巷，一不小心就走到了開漳聖王的廟宇（特別近），再往前就到東山縣圖書館（很有特色），繼續就是主要街道。初九離開時候還在主街上碰到了民俗活動，浩浩盪盪的遊神隊伍。不想吃海堤上的美食和海鮮，可以到主街，地方性的選擇性很豐富。有試紫菜炒飯、沙茶麪、小籠包、皮蛋瘦肉粥、餛飩、辣椒炒肉配米飯等等。
衞生：房間內和民宿內打理的還是挺講究的。
設施：老闆挺用心，用了不少裝飾品豐富。和星級酒店比當然有些差距，作為民宿就不錯了。
碰上過年民俗活動，夜晚通宵時不時的聽到旁邊巷子和周圍巷子裏面的鞭炮聲，睡眠不好的筒子在過年期間可能不太適合住在老街這邊，或者選擇帶上隔音耳塞也是可以。
