房間很大，住的舒適。過年價格也很合適。位置很好，離海很近。周邊很安靜，設施很不錯空調給力洗浴都新的，睡的很好。年初一住在這裏我們全家都特別開心滿意！

房間的床是踏踏米的，整個民宿設計感強，裝飾有藝術味道，各種用具設施，用心配置。我帶着長者，有電梯很方便，停車方便，，距離海邊走路2公里，吃東西也要走出去，，，，我去的時候，是淡季，人少，價格便宜，，

這個房型住了4晚，感受如下：
1、衞生：每天打掃衞生不及時，一兩個40、50歲的打掃整棟樓，感覺心有餘力不足。喊來打掃也是馬虎了事，地也不拖，榻榻米邊的走道也不擦，剛入住的時候一層灰；馬桶也不洗，就換個浴巾之類的洗漱用品。
2、環境：全景根本談不上，名字好聽而已，沒有景而言（後面附照片）。大門口一大片荒地，坑坑窪窪。知道的是停車場，不知道的以為是工地。再一面就是看山體！開業兩年了吧，這個民宿老闆也不知道平整一下，規劃好停車位，預留燒烤區啥的不好嗎！
3、服務：每天早上10點前幾乎前台無人，説是幫着收拾房間。其他也沒啥服務。
4、設施：這個房型兩室一廳，都有電視，但不大可看，有的衹能看電視，有的衹能看網絡視頻軟件。衞生間偏小夠用，空調3個都是掛壁式，遙控器2個需共用。客廳很大聯通廚房，但廚房不通煤氣衹有電磁爐。有一個小冰箱。民宿有公用洗衣機，有電動車可以直接租用。整個民宿隔音較差。
整體而言，體驗感不好。

東山島遊玩住宿體驗感非常好的一次 經常來的東山住過N次住宿，真推薦大家可以選擇這家酒店，乾淨衞生，環境也非常好，安全這方面也非常有保障，小哥阿姨們服務都特別好，剛開始訂房間的話是在大晚上一點左右，匆匆忙忙，以為會踩雷，結果很驚艷到，開放式的廚房也非常好哈哈哈，以後估計來東山島就指定這一家了。我絕對不是託，真心體驗過後評價的！

真的是很滿意，來東山島算很滿意的一次入住，環境很衞生，房間地板很乾凈，都不用穿拖鞋的，離海邊也很近，開車也就幾分鐘車程。
