帶孩子過來住幾天，選擇了這家二居室的海景房，房子很大，寬敞明亮，三面都有大陽台，看海很棒，最重要的是有廚房和全套廚具，我們天天自己去西浦中心市場買海鮮自己做，吃到撐！不小心摔掉了一個盤子，我讓她從按金里扣錢賠償，店家大氣的表示沒關係，不用賠。可惜天氣突變，衹好縮短一天行程提前回家，下次再來住。

整體環境衞生差！尤其晚上好多蚊子，蟑螂，打了一晚上！最可愛的就是那個電梯，等半天還沒輪到你，經常跳樓層！一堆人在等！它是一個小區，由第三方物管管理，你是沒有見到店員的，全部由v聯繫，有問題自己解決，既然是小區樓層陽台也沒有防護網，存在安全隱患，尤其樓層高，這趟的體驗感差的懶得噴！體抗力好的可以試試！

真的是在房間就可以看到海，孩子特別喜歡特別興奮，小區門口租了電動車，在東山最方便的交通工具非電動車莫屬了，小姐姐也非常熱情，有問題回覆很快，房間還有投影，晚上看看電影非常舒服

總體來説還算可以在小區裏面，唯一一點就是小區需要收取停車費，小區裏面的車輛停放擁堵，房屋裡麪的設施還算可以就是櫃子裏面的衞生需要深度清潔一下
