設施蠻新的，廚房還有燃氣灶，洗衣機冰箱都有，房間很乾凈，陽台視野也很好，老闆態度也不錯～朋友住得很滿意，下次到東山還會選擇你們家

體驗感極差的一件民宿。尤其卧室。床墊是那種很硬的，上面沒有鋪任何墊子，直接一張床單，睡在上面非常不舒服。衹要一翻身，整個床就像地震一樣，而且吱吱響。兩個晚上根本睡不好。床單尺寸也不對，一坐下去床墊就漏出來。完全是被房間圖片忽悠過來的。離海灘也不是很近。從後門走過去至少10多分鐘。去南門灣那邊騎小電驢要20多分鐘。周圍除了海鮮大排檔什麼吃的也沒有。各方麪條件都不便利。900多一晚上的套房。在這個小縣城。至少也該是四五星水平吧。衹能説性價比極低。衞生堪憂。非常不滿意的一次住宿體驗。

小區環境不錯，房間視野好，隔音效果好，晚上睡覺很安靜。門口有大排檔便利店，離金鑾灣沙灘近，小區後門走一段路就到了

房間風景不錯，可以望見大海和日出。但因為全程入住都是自助化，沒有管家服務，很多服務也是跟不上，入住時洗手間垃圾🗑️裏就有一個吃過的泡麪沒清理，2個洗手間會有股奇怪的味，12點不到就有人進來打掃衞生，就讓趕快我們退房，當時外面還下着大雨，有點不近人情。
