II was thoroughly impressed by my stay at Mercure Dongtai Huanghai Forest Park! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. 親子房很滿意，孩子的小童床也挺大的，下面有海洋球，但是不知道是不是不清理的，小朋友在裏面挖出來別人的衣服還有沐浴露什麼的，希望海洋球裏面也要打掃，其他都很好，最驚喜的是有兩個衞生間，大家不用搶哈哈，酒店也送了景區門票，但是是我去問了才給我登記的，希望可以在辦理入住的時候就能錄入訊息，而且也沒有提醒我們

真的不敢再去第二次了！！！第一天半夜十一點多到的酒店，把車停在大堂門口外最靠邊的位置（旁邊還能並排過三輛車，）車剛停好保安就沖出來説這裏不讓停車，我説我們有長者，先卸完行李進去辦完入住就把車挪走（酒店停車場離門口300米至少），保安一臉不情願的走了這才，結果剛辦完入住在去房間的路上，保安又打了電話説讓趕緊挪車影響通行，請問大半夜快12點了，你們酒店還要過多少車？而且我停的位置是最靠邊的，旁邊能並排過三輛車，連你們大堂門外的主路都沒占上，請問我怎麼影響通行了？更可怕的是第二天中午，上午去了森林公園逛了逛，走之前就已經跟前台溝通幫留房間換房續住，中午大概12點左右回來的，當時大堂門口停了至少6輛車，注意，都是鎖了車沒有駕駛員的車輛，我們剛到門口就找了個不影響通行的位置停了進去，車都沒滅就先去跟保安溝通我自己先去辦理入住，長者們先收拾行李之類的拿下車，給他們辦完我就把車挪走，因為昨晚住過一宿的不怕長者找不到房間了，結果最可怕的是什麼，兩位美居酒店的保安同志，直接把我架出去了，你沒看錯，架出去的，雙腳離地，我都蒙了，是不由分説的從大堂裏面當著所有人面給我架出門外了。真的太可怕了，兩名保安美其名曰説不讓停車，請問，門口停着的6輛車是怎麼能停？保安又説他們是接人的，那我問你，司機呢？接人的車自己裏面沒人？接人的車都鎖着停着？？？請問美居酒店的保安，你們就會欺負外地遊客是嗎？？？為什麼讓別人沒有人的車能停，我這僅僅是去辦個入住的車卻不能停一會？後面發生爭吵，一直到裏面大堂經理來調節，那兩名保安全程一臉不屑，躲的遠遠的了。因為有了這個爭吵，家裡長者都受到了驚嚇，都氣的不行了已經，索性就直接不敢入住了，不敢想象，還沒住進去就敢把顧客抬出去，這要是住進去了，半夜不得把車砸了？太可怕了這個酒店最後結果也是經理來回和稀泥，説是退還當晚入住的費用，讓保安道個歉，全然不提對保安的處理結果，請問美居酒店就是這樣對待消費者的是嗎？是不是以後去了你們那的顧客，都要享受一遍扔出去的過程，然後再違心的道歉？太可怕了這個酒店

從辦理入住到房間，全程給個大大的贊👍🏻 辦理入住的前台美女説話很温柔幫忙拎行李工作人員很貼心房間衞生非常棒（強迫症的我檢查了一遍）小童遊樂區域孩子玩的很開森有機會再到黃海森林公園肯定還會再次選擇美居！！

設施比較新，房間比較大；服務超貼心，行李接送到房間，主動講解可能遇到的問題；早餐很豐富可口，晚餐性價比也很高，特別推薦蘿蔔絲蟶子湯非常非常鮮；周圍景色很美，酒店贈送的門票可以24小時內無限次進出，總之很贊

酒店環境很美，房間乾淨衞生，服務很到位。住店期間不小心在外面腳崴了，找前台拿了冰塊敷腳，所在樓層的主管韓阿姨還主動幫我固定受傷位置，給在外遊玩的我提供了很大幫助！
