9月23日晚20點入住烏拉蓋迎賓館3間房，分別是A座1115、1117、1118。今早將房卡給到前台即離店，一小時後前台打電話説1118房間的床單上有燙洞，要求賠償！！我們住在1118的兩位客人從出生為止到現在從未抽過一支煙，酒店還宣稱房間煙灰缸裏有煙灰，但未提供照片！後投訴至攜程，溝通無果後酒店堅持扣除了床單損失的錢。在此提醒大家，入住此賓館時，一定邀請服務員現場確定房間的每項備品均完好無損且拍照留證，否則容易背鍋！

國慶期間不漲價，260的房價還有浴缸，院子裏還有充電樁。寶藏酒店，五星好評。

已經住過4次這家酒店了，算是烏拉蓋管理區最好的酒店了。但是酒店設施已經舊了，洗澡噴頭到處漬水，晚上6點餐廳就沒人做飯了。早餐7點半開始，8點去菜基本都是涼的。服務員聚在一起聊天，卻沒人給飯菜加熱。今年入住的體驗比前3次都差。估計是天涼沒遊客了吧。

自駕阿爾山路過烏拉蓋住了一晚，房間大小還可以有浴缸，停車場也很大，酒店還有八個充電樁，電車很方便，服務也挺熱情的

環境沒施衞生都很好，客房服務員態度也很好，只是早餐太簡單且不可選擇使人措手不及，早餐質量與正藍旗上都酒店天地之分。
