The air conditioner in the corridor is too hot. I don't want to turn it on when I ask it. It's very hot and the air is stuffy.

The equipment and facilities are old and the sound insulation is very poor. The TV next door was noisy all night and there was constant noise from the roadside. At a price of over 200, the experience is very poor.

The hygiene, environment and service are all good
The facilities are simple, the hot water is large, and the matching bedding and toiletries are of good quality. The overall feeling is much better than other hotels in Kisumu!
