作為多次來橫店出差的常客，這次選擇美豪麗致真是最大的驚喜！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了一種與眾不同的精緻與舒適。
酒店設施非常新且智能。房間裏的智能控制系統、高清投影儀、以及乾濕分離的衞浴設計都極大地提升了入住品質。熱水充足，尤其是玩完夢幻谷回來，瞬間洗去所有疲憊。公共區域的設施也很完善，無論是商務會客還是短暫小憩，都能找到合適的位置。
酒店的環境堪稱“鬧中取靜”的典範。整體設計時尚現代，又融入了藝術氣息，大堂和走廊都佈置得很有格調。最關鍵的是，步行到夢幻谷景區僅需幾分鐘，這對於晚上看完演出後想盡快休息的我們來説，簡直是太方便了！
這裏的服務必須重點表揚！從前台熱情專業的辦理入住，到客房阿姨親切的問候，每一位員工都面帶微笑，積極主動。免費提供“深夜一碗麪”以及前台小姐姐耐心細緻的遊玩建議，所有這些“增值服務”都讓我們感覺不是住酒店，而是回到了一個非常周到體貼的家。

開個房間開了十幾分鍾，前台明顯業務不熟練，枕頭有發黴的味道，早上點個早餐30分鐘沒有送上來，打三個電話才告知機器人送不到樓層，昨天晚上就出現過這樣的情況，不但沒有改正，第二天早上還不管不顧，機器人故障不會提前告知？不會貼標識給外賣員一個提醒？既然不讓外賣員上樓，為什麼不做提醒，半小時等待下樓後，店長竟然過來跟我説讓我找外賣員跟商家，這跟他們酒店沒有任何關係，請問一下，商家按時出餐，外賣員按時送餐，這是誰的責任？走的時候還説不讓商家再送到這個酒店，什麼負責人，服務態度差得不行

感謝貴酒店給我免費升級了也多了一份早餐，我也答應給五星好評！可實在對不起我不能違心、本酒店隔音差、熱水出水慢、衞生差、早餐差、是我住酒店以來感覺最不值得的一個酒店（優點是床還可以舒服度、服務態度也很好）以後去絕對不會選擇這家。

衞生：非常差，馬桶上有尿漬，而且是沒有乾的，特別噁心
服務：因為有尿漬去換房間，老闆和前台沒有一句道歉，就説給換一件，很冷漠
設施：馬桶特別糟糕，每次沖水，衞生巾的玻璃門都會跟着振動，其他房間也有這樣的情況，晚上衹要別人上廁所就會聽到振動的聲音，一晚上睡不好
服務：第二天早上酒店外面會有雞叫聲，很早就能吵醒，附近都是民房，還是修建中，也非常吵
再説説早餐，一天有一天沒有，沒有也不提前感知，去餐廳沒有，前台也沒有任何抱歉，説退50塊錢吧，回來和同事溝通，他們退60，不是説十塊錢的原因，真的就是一傢俬人小作坊一樣的酒店，標價292也不便宜了，這樣的服務和衞生非常非常不推薦，有史以來住過的最差的酒店
