平時出差習慣住亞朵居多，本次是近二年頭一次住全季，想着該酒店為2025年新開酒店，應該不錯，但實際體驗感不好：
1.房間內還有裝修的味道；2.刷牙的杯子有污垢（新酒店出這事非常不應該）；3.酒店沒有電話，衹是按裝了一個按鈕通話器在桌子邊（非常不明顯，一般人發現不了，我衹能用手機撥打總枱進行聯繫）；4.服務不好：如在9點多入住後把酒店提供的拖鞋牙刷洗刷品落在車裡然後打電話讓前台幫忙再提供一套，等了二十多分鐘一直等不到，再次打電話並告知體驗感不好要投訴才姍姍來遲送上來；5.其他如房間太簡單、被子不貼膚、電視投屏操作很麻煩等。希望全季酒店能提升軟硬件服務。

在東陽銀泰城邊上吃飯，順便就入住了，很近，走幾步就到了。酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，電梯裏遇到兩次遇到不同的保潔都很熱情地打招呼，當時我們就討論説酒店培訓的好，這個跟老闆的理念應該是有重要關係的。前台妹妹和小哥也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，推薦下

乾淨，舒適，整潔
服務響應速度很快，晚上電視壞了還會及時過來調試
下次回東陽還回繼續選擇
旁邊就是銀泰城買東西方便
而且對於開新能源車的車主很方便，酒店停車場裏面有充電樁，附近銀泰城有特斯拉超充

對於本次入住，必須要給個好評特別是洗衣房，工作人員會根據貼紙要求進行整理和配送。之前在杭州的全季一點都不會理會客户需求。才開業一個多月，裝修很新，乾淨衞生！非常棒！

首先就是員工比較認真負責，平台上顯示12點退房，超時是不被允許的；
然後就是自己的問題，窗户沒關好，邊上的籃球館會比較熱鬧；
好處是可以有免費停車的地方
