This is my first trip and first stay at Tourism Hotel Building 2 (reception on Level 2 of Building 2). I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites.

I accidentally booked the wrong room type, and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic to help me change the big bed. The service attitude was very good, and the stay was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, and I ate a lot!
