服務比較好，有一些事情和前台溝通，反應非常迅速，非常感謝。整體房間也還不錯，所以建議如果去橫店的話，其實不用非住在影視城附近，那邊坐地起價很多，再遇上演出之類更是。反而打車到東陽這裏也沒多少花費，還能住上舒服乾淨安全的連鎖酒店，性價比好。

1.服務不太熟練，上樓後發現沒有取電卡，下樓至要求多制一張卡，結果制了兩次都無法開門，後續告知房卡不能放一起，會消磁。酒店住了不少了，第一次聽説房卡不能放一起會消磁，全季房卡“特製”的嘛？
2.房間衞生狀況較差，衞生間很多小飛蟲，淋浴間地面出現了青銅色污漬，床具有破損污漬。不知道是單店個體問題，還是普遍問題。

酒店房間很乾凈，前台服務也很好，入住很舒服，還為我們房間放了很多水，還有冰箱房間裏，由於自己不想出去吃飯，外面了雨，前台經理還給我送來了他們的晚飯，很感謝。謝謝！還有咖啡可以免費提供，真好，很喜歡💕

經常訂全季，哪怕在外地，選擇全季就知道不踩雷，東陽的全季也相當不錯，裝修很新，房間乾淨，前台人員很有禮貌。因為今天來得早，原來定的房型還沒有收拾好，免費給我升了房型，感謝今天接待我的這位前台，五星好評加雞腿！
