這個51本來計劃去青島，由於自駕高速太堵臨時決定改道東營。
急匆匆訂的酒店，沒想到給了我們很大的驚喜。酒店非常的新，地理位置也非常的好，停車方便。酒店配套設施齊全，工作人員服務專業，態度温和。辦理入住退房手續十分迅速，顧客的一些要求都可以完美的解決。房間很大，佈局合理，但是洗手枱的設計有點小缺陷，水龍頭和鏡子離得太遠了，弓着身子腰很難受。但是吹風機超好用，功過相抵吧。
超過1m2的小朋友自助早餐要半價。不過我覺得挺值的，早餐吃的豪橫，種類繁多，水果還可以自己用打汁機現榨。
家人都很喜歡東營這個地方，環境很好，道路寬敞，許多公園風景優美，設施免費。以後再來還會光臨貴店，希望你們越做越好。

衹闡述事實，無任何主觀意見：
2024年5月3日入住酒店，5月4日一早起來趕早黃河入海口的遊船，將牙齒保持器（三甲醫院收費1000元配的），放在洗手池右上角的孩子作業本上（下面墊了一張皇冠假日酒店的餐巾紙，晚上回來後發現，房間已被收拾過，孩子作業本出現在行李箱上，但牙齒保持器和餐巾紙一起不見了，找遍整個房間（包括垃圾桶）都沒有，聯繫客服説是要詢問保潔，第二天答覆。
5月5日急於趕路，加了酒店微信服務號，經過幾天的微信和電話溝通，酒店方從一開始答應全額賠付，到後來衹願意賠付200元，並且反覆強調沒有證據證明是保潔人員打掃的時候弄丟的，而且多次提到200元賠付需要保潔人員自己出，在我表示基於雙方都無法提供證據的情況下可以衹賠一半（500元），5月7日電話回覆我還是衹能賠200元。
衹賠付200元的話，我也不算讓你們賠了，我自己掏1000和自己掏800區別不大，而且你們客服説這個錢需要打掃的保潔人員自己出，我犯不上為了要這200元。還讓你們去扣保潔的錢
基於以上事實經歷，奉勸入住這家酒店的旅客注意保管並收納好自己的物品，不要隨意在外面擺放，覺得重要的東西最好拍照或者視頻留證據，以免事後掰扯起來麻煩。
最後再説一下，房間沒有問題，酒店位置也不錯。

去東營，出差、旅遊首推璞際！
房內關聯小度，2023 年開業所以設施很新，Minibar 首輪免費，綜合體驗感 5 分。
早餐豐富，涼菜熱菜西式，麪檔蒸檔選擇較多，水果也有三四種，這個價位酒店確實用心了。綜合體驗感 5 分。
另外，酒店前台服務好，尤其要給趙女士點贊👍👍👍
