Excellent experience, very new and special hotel, I thought it was just an ordinary "Internet celebrity" hotel, but I didn't expect the whole camp, from the big decoration, location, scenery, to small toiletries, Every plant and every tree is carefully designed and maintained. The environment and sanitation standards are very high and stylish.
The staff is also very NICE, warm and attentive. The supporting facilities and recreational items can also be said to be very complete. Personally, the most important thing for me is that it is really pet-friendly. This time I brought my repair dog to experience cooking tea and kayaking around the stove. I rarely write reviews on my own initiative. Really strongly recommend this time! !

這次入住萬綠湖心樂青谷體驗超級好，房間拉開窗簾萬綠湖景映入眼簾，早上在這樣的環境醒來心情能美妙一整天。酒店的全部工作人員都很有禮貌也很有趣，這裡帶給我的感覺就像來到了很久不見的朋友家中一樣。小蔡：和我們聊天很有趣，帶我們去買煙花，幫我們拍了很多很出片的照片，是一個技能點點滿的小夥伴！店長：很認真負責也很靠譜，第一天早上出門還遇到，她鑽進房底下幫其他顧客抓逃跑的小兔子很有愛心！兩個小哥：白班小哥很靦腆不怎麼説話但是做事很認真，晚班小哥一樣很靦腆但是很熱心也很靠譜。還有陪床的小貓金條，非常可愛！強烈推薦！！下次還來，強烈建議出年卡！

這家民宿的環境真的沒話説，從踏入露營區域就被治癒了——綠植環繞的庭院、ins風滿滿的公共休息區，隨手一拍都像在度假大片裏📸
作為經常帶娃出遊，最擔心的就是“帶娃麻煩”，但這裏完全超出預期！
• 服務細節超貼心：會主動來問小朋友喜歡吃什麼，而且這裡有很多提供小朋友玩耍的玩具，帶娃瞬間輕鬆一半👶✨
• 服務靈活又温暖：這裏的小哥哥小姐姐，服務意識非常棒，小哥哥小姐姐的服務永遠“在線”又不刻意——得知外賣可能延遲，立刻幫忙協調廚房準備簡餐；孩子錯過飯點，留了温熱的粥和小菜，這種藏在細節裏的温柔太戳心了❤️

全5分，非常滿意，已經多次入住了。環境好，即使不入住，衹是來這裏喝喝咖啡放空看一下萬綠湖美景也是非常舒適的。尤其稱讚的是這裏的服務，管家小哥哥姐姐都很貼心，入住當天有點熱，他們早早開好了空調在迎接我們，一進房間就是一種涼爽舒適的感覺，好感度倍增。在餐廳喝咖啡的時候，也經常和我們互動聊天，讓人更加放鬆，很有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
估計這裡會成為我們一個定點度假的地方，下次再見嘍🥳
