I went to Wanlu Lake to play. I saw that this hotel had good reviews, so I booked it for two days. But I regretted it. I should have gone to the five-star hotel next to it. Because we could only stay there that afternoon and there was no place to play. The front desk suggested that we go to the city to play. However, we had already played in the city at noon, so we thought about coming over in the afternoon and taking a walk at the port, but there was nothing at the port. If you stay in a hotel, you can also walk around the hotel and have a buffet breakfast the next morning. You will not be so hungry on the island at noon. Or the guide doesn’t do much. We stayed for two days in a row. We didn’t come back until the afternoon of the second day and it was almost evening. However, we didn’t know what to do in the morning of the third day. There was no walking around and it was very sunny outside. Although it was close to the port, there was no port either. There is nothing to see, it is better to play in the public facilities in the big hotel. If you are bringing children, it is recommended to go to a big hotel. The last two pictures are the breakfast on the first day and the breakfast on the second day. Because the first day is still a working day, there are very few people, so they cooked us two bowls of noodles. The second day is the Mid-Autumn Festival, so there will be more people. I had some buffet breakfast, but the amount was relatively small and very simple, but that's what a B&B is. Let’s talk about a family holding a party here on Mid-Autumn Festival, and they were still singing loudly at 11 o’clock in the evening. I called the front desk, and the front desk also said that there was no way it could be because the guests were partying, so they didn’t consider other guests, so they said they would communicate with each other😓 Let’s talk about the service. On the first day, the service attitude was quite good. She answered questions very politely. But the next day, in the morning, I asked the front desk on WeChat how many hours it would take to get nucleic acid at the port, and he gave me a call. Then I asked him to help me find out the working hours for accounting, and gave me his phone number and address. The service awareness here puts me to shame. Shouldn't the Inn ask questions and provide answers to other guests? In short, if you have a small family, it is recommended to go to the big hotel next door. If you want to visit the island and take a day off, you can stay in the city for one night before going back, or go to the nearby town to live there, where you can eat and shop conveniently. Of course, there are also advantages here, that is, it is suitable for team building, because there is a lawn, which is not bad, and there is also a large conference room. But it’s not suitable for a small family like us traveling by car. After all, this is just the port, so it’s very convenient for me to live in the town next to it.

1. There was no hot water in the room that cost more than 900 per night. The water was only a little warm and it was impossible to take a shower. The front desk said that the circuit breaker had tripped and it would be fine in an hour. But when I got up to brush my teeth in the morning, the water was still not hot. 2. The air conditioner was not heating (we booked three rooms, and the air conditioner in only one room was working). When I called the front desk, a man answered the phone and said that the maintenance man had gone home for the Chinese New Year and could not repair it. Not only was there no hint of apology in his tone of voice, but the most annoying thing was that he hung up on me! 3. A toilet in the bathroom was so dirty that it made me sick. I didn’t want to make myself sick any more, so I went to take pictures. There was feces all around the toilet, and there was also mold!

客棧地點離萬綠湖鏡花緣門口很近，房間衞生，服務員幫忙購買萬綠湖遊船票，有優惠。陽台有個鞦韆椅，下午曬得到太陽，早餐是豬肉米粉加雞蛋，有豆漿。就是房間衞生間沒有乾濕分離，沖涼的位置反而在靠門處。另外入住當晚是平安夜，有些客户1點多才回來，走廊裏大聲説話，吵醒了。

來到萬綠湖遊玩很開心，離萬綠湖景點特別近，民宿寬敞，樓下的院子也好漂亮，很喜歡，有露營地，有吊牀鞦韆，很適合家庭出遊聚餐，工作人員服務態度也好，很開心的一次入住

和姐妹們相約在河源遊玩，大眾點評找到的。2房一廳， 滿意的地方： 房間和客廳都不小。我們四個人住挺舒服 位置就在鏡花緣門口，走路開車都可以去 周邊很安靜、空氣也很不錯 略欠缺的地方： 客廳的椅子的海綿墊太軟、坐在上面就往下塌了下來 洗手間有點小。 早餐比較單一，只有湯米粉 ⚠️⚠️⚠️不滿意的地方：是客房部的工作人員的態度 打電話讓拿一個紅酒開瓶器，他説沒有，再多問幾句，就直接掛機；於是打電話給了他前台，前台小姑娘説在前台櫃子上有，前台就讓他送上來了。 過了半小時有一朋友來訪，打電話客房部，讓他再送一個酒杯。他説他走不開，酒杯放前台，讓我們自己去拿。我説你什麼時候忙完再送來，沒講完又掛機了。 客房部的服務意識和處理問題能力都需要加強和監督 客户沒講完着急掛機， 客户需要的東西自己不送。讓客户自己去前台拿。

環境挺好的，服務也很熱情，就是馬桶的反味有點大，枕頭太低了。旁邊走路可以去鏡花緣，還挺方便的。
