Cleanliness was awful. Shower floor was so dirty that we have to use our slip shoes to take showers. Shower head was broken and water spilled throughout the bathroom. Refrigerator inside was clean but outside was sticky and greasy, so I had to clean it to use it.
Towels were clean but old. Sheets and covers were clean but pillows had no form at all.
Laminate floow was shrinking and large separations were showed everywhere.
No housekeeping at all during our 1 week stay.
We found a small coackroach in the kitchen so we had to leave the light on to prevent more coming during night.
I don't recommend it and will never use it again.

That is the only hotel I've ever seen that did not have washer eggs you had to use hand towels as a wash ride there was mold and rust all over the bathroom it was disgusting.

The shower valve was faulty, we couldn't shower, the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets, and 2 chairs were missing.

The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.

They left us on the second level, the facilities were old, and the person who stayed on the third level moved around every night and didn't let us sleep well. The noise from the planes was also a bit uncomfortable.

The front staff treat you like ****, on top of that they charge you to clean the room every day and they don't clean $25 to change the sheet, the TV doesn't work, the rooms stink, honestly, the worst experience, the food, not to mention the worst, it's really disgusting.

The cost/benefit ratio is good, the detail is that due to its location, the constant passing of planes makes it difficult to rest, and the floors being made of wood (or simulated wood) when the person on the upper floor walks, everything can be heard and it also makes it difficult to rest.
