Took a boys rugby tour of 41 people to Dorchester. The say at Premier Inn was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with a load of space for parent and child sharing. Great breakfast for the hungry party. Great stay at a central location.

Generally what you’d expect from a premier inn, pretty good value for money and a comfortable bed! Always get the impression they’re short staffed and corners are being cut. Can’t believe our room had been hoovered before we arrived and cleaning is bare minimum not thorough.

My husband & I went here for our anniversary but we won’t be returning! The hotel location is in the centre of the bars and restaurants so very noisy late at night. We were almost informed that the restaurant was closed for evening meals due to no staff!! A reason why we booked and in house restaurant so was let down by this. They should’ve warned us prior to arriving. The room itself was clean and comfy and the underground parking was a plus but other than that was very disappointed

Took 15 mins to check in. Carpets filthy. Room freezing, asked for extra heater, never came. Asked for iron and board, had to go downstairs twice before I got one, then carried it up to room myself. Staff, when you can find them, couldn't care less.

A good location in Dorchester - out of the main drag but near to key facilities and within easy reach of such excellent restaurants as Al Molo. My Premier Plus room was spacious and comfortable. A helpful maintenance team member helped me to store and retrieve my expensive electric bike within his room. Reception was largely unstaffed for most of my three days there - a buzzer on the desk did not work and a request for a room clean was not met. I roamed the hotel at several points but could not find a single member of staff - this seemed a little unsafe to me - and also annoying as I did not have time to waste. Eventually, I discovered an office behind the reception desk inside which a couple of staff were lurking but they seemed irritated by being discovered and were more concerned about my trespass than what I needed as a guest. Management needed....

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, on-site parking very secure and breakfast very tasty with plenty of options for both food and drink. One of the best premier inns we have stayed at and location was ideal

Premier Inn very central in town and the food in the evening was good and they have bar onsite. Staff were very helpful too and the bedroom was nice too and the bathroom was great lots of towels and the bed very comfortable too. Would l stay there again YES !

Really lovely Premier inn in a very central location. Car park was full ( we arrived about 9pm) but we were able to park in the car park opposite. £4 unless we moved the car by 8am which we managed to! Had a Premier Plus room ( family ) great walk in shower and a proper single bed not a pull out. We got a drink from the bar to take to our room not badly priced. Didn’t have breakfast but would happily stay at this one again.
