We arrived at the hotel tired and exhausted after an overnight flight, and we were greeted by the lovely Francesca with a warm smile. She went above and beyond to provide us with extensive and interesting information about the city, including recommendations for entertainment venues and attractions. The hotel itself is conveniently located, close to the airport and with ample parking. The rooms we received were clean, spacious, and tidy. The entire hotel is tastefully designed, and there's even a fantastic rooftop where we enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The hotel has great gym and spa facilities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We want to especially thank Francesca for her exceptional service. She was available and assisted us with every question or request, including essential administrative assistance we needed. This experience was the perfect "welcome" to Italy for us, and we are sure that when we return to Italy, we will return to this hotel as well.

Well located hotel for a quiet stopover. All the basics were there, reasonable size room, quiet at night, some views of the lake and close to resturants and cafes (car needed, busy road). Good choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The question is, do you want it loud or do you want it loud? There's a street in front of the hotel, rails in the back and a huge parking space that is heavily used by the restaurants (around the hotel and also one in the ground floor of the restaurant). The traffic continues throughout the night and doesn't even stop on a Sunday morning. There's also live music from the restaurant on the ground floor. So for anybody who is looking for a quiet place to sleep, don't choose this location. The breakfast is an absolute minimal breakfast, the breakfast room is tiny (that's why you have to register for a breakfast shift). The pictures the hotel puts up look fabulous, the photographer must have been a genius. In reality this is a run-down place. Moreover, if you show any sign of unhappiness because of the whole situtation during check-in or check-out, then the hotel labels you as "no-show" (still charging your credit card of course) to prevent you from putting a rating up on certain booking portals. That's probably also the reason why it is rated so high on several portals. It's fake and not worth the money!

mario marchetto 5/5 a minute ago on Google Le Palme Very well-kept hotel. SPA and solarium area with hydromassage tubs ok. Good and well-stocked breakfast: some foods are requested from the girls including the coffee shop. The only flaw is the custard which I am a fan of ... just enough! The brioche must be filled personally. For the taste and quality it is fine (they are obviously not a pastry shop), I asked for a coffee at the end of breakfast after having already consumed a cappuccino ... no problems. Well-trained, smiling and kind female staff (not always a given!). On foot about 300 meters you can go to a green area, at the end of the lakeside via a road that runs alongside a large campsite. The center of Arona and the lakeside are a few minutes from the hotel by car. P.S. A short distance from the hotel at midday as a business lunch the Leonardo Restaurant Pizzeria offers excellent solutions with a good choice for only € 12. Highly recommended hotel...

Clean hotel with good services including a rooftop solarium. Our room number 211 was small but had a good, very quiet air conditioner and electric shutters... I hate hotels that have various curtains that don't prevent the light from coming in in the morning... bathroom nothing to say except the wall-mounted hairdryer very 80s. Breakfast was not sufficient in terms of product quality... very industrial both for sweet and savoury food (little choice for foreign tourists)

Unfortunately, our review on *********** was deleted. In this review, we described how we were robbed in our room on the second to last morning of our week-long stay. It was a dress, just bought, with a label, that was stolen from the clothes rack. Our complaint was not followed up on or answered by the manager! We will never book again and can only advise against it.
