Good clean comfy rooms although a bit a basic . Single bed was very small in a huge room . Excellent breakfast and staff could not have been more helpful . Excellent location . Coffee in reception although complementary was awful , avoid at all cost

Great service from the reception, easy to check in and out. The room was good for a shorter stay/ It was clean and has everything you would need. The bathroom was good and had a nice view outside. Provides coffee and tea at the lobby for free.

Hotel ist toll. Bisschen laute Umgang in der Nacht an einem Samstag Abend. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Prima hotel, nette prijs, goede service, net personeel ligging fijn ten opzichte van stadion en binnenstad, leuke binnenstad genoeg bars en restaurants alles op loopafstand ook openbaarvervoer prima geregeld middels metro

In der ersten Nacht Autorennen auf dem Wall und Feiern in der Umgebung. Es war sehr laut. In der 2. Nacht dachte man, man ist in einem anderen Hotel, alles ruhig und gut. Wir kommen im September wieder.

Sauberes und schlichtes Hotel in perfekter Lage am Rande der Innenstadt. Sehr nettes Personal, Mineralwasser im Zimmer und Tee in der Lobby. Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt und es gibt nur positives zu Berichten

Ich war zum wiederholten Male im Neuhaus. Bin immer wieder begeistert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer gross, ansprechend und funktional eingerichtet, Badezimmer ebenfalls geraeumigbund hell. Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer grossen Strasse, ich hatte die Fenster ueber Nacht geschlossen, die Luftqualitaet im Zimmer war dennoch top, und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Es passt alles von der Buchung bis zum Auschecken. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist so sauber, dass man es für frisch renoviert halten könnte. Sehr guter Service, problemloser Late-Check-In. Das Personal ist freundliche und professionell, sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Inklusionskonzept ist sehr schön umgesetzt.
