The hotel looks good in the photos and descriptions. But in reallity the hotel is not ready. The bed was comfortable. Clean and fir for purpose. At a 3 star level. But it did not have any essentials. No fridge for the room. No mini bar. Only one chair in the room in a double room. The bin was broken The air conditioning hand set was with sellotape holding it together on the battery part. Cheap shampoo and gel de band. With no bath. The door had a problem with the lock. The swimming pool was not clean. Or open. At 30 degrees weather. It says its 4 star. But I definitely do not see it has that standard. 3 star max

Teníamos un boda por la noche, y después de comer intentamos descansar, ya q habíamos madrugado, fue imposible la música infernal de la piscina , sin un horario mínimo. Las cuatro estrellas son de adorno, porque no tiene ni una nevera, y los baños antiguos. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Tres siento generoso. Lo único que salva al hotel es su personal, muy atento y disponible. El aire acondicionado es antiguo y hace mucho ruido, he pasado la noche apagando y encendiendo por el calor (y sólo es junio). Las camas son incómodas. La televisión sólo dispone de tres canales (el internacional y tres locales). Mobiliario antiguo, baño antiguo... no puedes tener luz natural si quieres intimidad porque la ventana da al paso de la gente. Se supone que es un 4 estrellas.

Las paredes son de papel al igual que la puerta por lo que se escucha absolutamente todo. La bañera no se si estaba limpia pero la sensación es de que tenia 40 años, en verdad como el resto de la habitación. La cama no es ningún espectáculo y la almohada es papel de fumar, sin duda no volveré a repetir.

Cuando llegué para hacer el check in había una música muy alta y la persona en recepción me indicó que había noches en las que podía seguir sumando hasta las 2 de la mañana y nuestras habitaciones estaban cerca de los altavoces. Mostrando mi indignación puesto que viajaba con tres niños, me recomendó otras opciones para alojarme y me indicó que en estas ocasiones lo normal es no cobrar la estancia aunque haya pasado el periodo de cancelación gratuito, que llamara al día siguiente para explicarlo. Esa noche nos alojamos en otro hotel cercano. Al llamar al día siguiente, me negaron que hubiera habido música y me indicaron que había pasado el plazo para cancelar y que mirarían qué se puede hacer. Booking me cobró la estancia indicando que no me había presentado en el hotel y a pesar de llamar de nuevo y decirme que lo mirarían, semanas después no me han devuelto ni una parte del dinero y me siento estafado y engañado. Espero que este comentario sirva a otros viajeros para elegir otra opción para alojarse, no recomiendo este lugar

La música de la piscina está muy alta. La tienen desde las 16.30 hasta las 03.00 de la madrugada. Imposible descansar Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas La puerta del baño es de cristal corredera, imposible abrir y cerrar, pesa mucho Faltan perchas en el baño para colgar la ropa mojada. Si hay piscina se supone que debes colgar un bañador y una toalla dentro de la habitación

El trato más pésimos lamentable que he recibido en mi vida. Un señor que dijo ser el dueño se negó a darme el libro de quejas y reclamaciones y me negó que pudiera consumir en las instalaciones. Tuve que llamar a la policía local que levantò el oportuno acta. Iba a desconectar y estar tranquilo y el trato que recibí como cliente fue humillante. Por otro lado hay una piscina con música altísimo que no cesa hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Imposible dormir. Las habitaciones son propias de pensión o hostal y no de hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones están sucias y las toallas son muy viejas. No hay nevera en las habitaciones. El bufette del desayuno es muy poco variado y de poca calidad. No recomendaría la experiencia a nadie.
