very upset that hotel does not have my booking with the hotel. guest does not have the room when he reached the hotel and no room at all and need to go to other hotel last minute. contacted trip.com and they mentioned they have communication breakdown with the hotel and need to revert back. nothing the hotel can do too as its fully booked. so dont know is trip.com issue or the hotel issue. overall, very upset thou we got refunded and apology from trip.com

The best place to be I’ve never felt more comfortable and relax they offer attentional services with an excellent morally based staff who takes care of the client well being Krystal palace is the place to be guys go and visit and for sure you’ll have no regrets

Stayed there for a couple of days the hotel was very clean and the room was spacious, the staff were all the time smiling and helpful, the food is ok you have a choice between buffet and menu, the swimming pool is clear and refreshing. I really had a great time.

A wonderful hotel with excellent customer service. I enjoyed the local art collection in the room and spaces. The local dishes were delicious. There should be arrangements for USB phone and laptop charging.

Hotel stuff are extremely friendly. The buffet was good. Enjoyed all the different type of dishes I had. Barbeque nights are also good. The rooms are big and spacious. Hotel caters for both leisure and business travels. For a French speaking country the front desk are well spoken in English which makes checking easy

We just survived a 24 hour trip back to Texas and I literally can't hold my thoughts about this place! Our stay at Krystal was AMAZING. From the very first day we arrived, the reception was so warm. Boy oh boy, that glass of juice brought to us when we were checking in was so refreshing! Our bags were taken out of the car and up to our room in a timely fashion. The staff were very pleasant, polite and they all spoke English aswell. We had the executive suite and it was quite spacious. The jacuzzi was on point! My son LOVED it. We always looked forward to breakfast! The variety was countless! From the various bread choices, to , crepes ,freshly squeezed natural juice etc All in all, we loved our stay!

The stay was short but nice. Clean rooms and very welcoming people. At first, I was skeptical about staying in this hotel due to its location on the map. I was well received and given a personal tour of the hotel by Anne who made sure I knew where everything is found. Her service was so professional and the reception was available whenever I had questions. I immediately felt at home. Good food and 24 hour room service. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Africa.
