The hotel room is spacious, has a kitchen, and the bathroom has been renovated and has good sanitary facilities. The breakfast is average. To park, you have to park in the paid parking lot next to it. It costs 10 dollars to stay overnight.

The location is ok, just on the route of the free shuttle bus on the day of the conference in May. On the first weekend of May, hotel prices across the city almost doubled. Room size: 2 people are enough, one person is enough. Overall not bad.

Good, but not as good as the Hampton inn of the Council bluff

The food was fabulous here! The complimentary breakfast was the best! The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but otherwise great stay!

Very good hotel, big bed, full kitchen facilities, dishwasher, hood. You can have a small day at the hotel. Shopping around is also convenient

I am so pleased with this hotel that I'm submitting a second review. I have heard others speaking of it lately and have also found it to be an excellent hotel, lovely renovation. With the most helpful, cordial staff imaginable. International service but a neighborhood feel.

Property staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.
