Example brands include Avalon Organics, ATTITUDE, BLUELAND, et al. Location: You’ll be located exactly 14 doors down from the world-famous paragliding destination, Flight Park State Recreation Area. Easy walking distance to the gorgeous Bonneville Shoreline hiking trail as well as parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, soccer fields, & more. The neighbors on Steep Mountain are amazing. There’s an empty lot to the west (no neighbor), which gives the backyard & master bedroom a private & intimate feel. Master bedroom: Most of all, you’ll enjoy your cozy oversized master suite with its own nook/lounge with a treadmill desk & Lovesac with sweeping views of SLC. The house: Large open kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and gorgeous hardwood floors. In the winter, you and your guests can go hot tubbing in private with unbelievable views…and afterwards watch a movie on the reclinable couch by the indoor electric fireplace or play a game of pool in the custom built bar area or arcade games in the downstairs living room (1000's of old arcade games). The house has 4 newly purchased refrigerators and 5 newly purchased memory foam beds. On nice days, dine outside with a new outdoor dining table with fire pit and six outdoor chairs and a new Weber propane grill. We try to keep propane stocked. Features: 2 Car Garage, Terra Kaffe Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Built-In Disposal, Gas Log, Gas Oven, Vaulted Ceilings, Central Air Conditioning, Electric Heating / Forced Air, 4 refrigerators (including a WiFi-enabled Smart 4 Door LG Smart Refrigerator). Guest access: You're booking the entire house! You'll have access to: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, garage, hot tub, fire pit, Vivint app - lock/unlock, cameras, thermostat, etc. There are two closets which are locked (not accessible to tenants) which is used by the owners to store personal items; therefore, we've provided freestanding closet organizers with extra clothes hangers. The entire property is maintained by professionals throughout, which is quite expensive. For example, the hot tub is professionally serviced once per week (filters, PH level, cartridges, and chlorine are maintained). The lawn is professionally mowed / maintained. HVAC is on a 4x/yr service schedule. etc. There are huge 70” flat screen TVs all throughout the house (6 total) which should all be logged into the subscriptions we pay for, which is all the top ones - Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Peacock, etc. You'll have access to Vivint for the entire house, which means you can remotely unlock/lock doors, remotely open/close garage, control 5 cameras (and talk to people in the house from anywhere), turn on/off the central AC & electric heating, control the alarm system, etc. The kitchen should have everything you need --> Teflon-free pots and pans and serving bowls and cutting boards and blenders and spices and all kinds of stuff. Brand new washer and dryer purchased Jan 2023. Again, we use all natural non-toxic cleaning detergent and cleaning supplies and keep stocked up on toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We have 5 or 6 propane tanks. etc. Owner has spent $100’s of thousands in upgrades - remodeled bathrooms, new paint, new blackout curtains, new fire pits, new patios / pergola, new garage door, new refrigerators, new Weber grill, new hot tub, new furniture & beds - on and on.
