Check in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time. It was cold outside and room was nice and warm. Room was also really big and clean. The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense. Book if you are comfortable with an open bath.

Very nice hotel close to all the attractions with a tram stop nearby and many shops and restaurants close to the Frauenkirche, Green Room etc. Clean hotel with friendly staff. I didn’t try the breakfast. Recommended.

Although the floor is not high, it looks like it has a certain area. The facilities such as bars, shops and gyms are complete. The lobby is not small, and the breakfast is quite rich. The room I booked is cheap, so there is no view, but the room is quite large, the bed is also large and soft, but the pillow is a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator, coffee machine, and slippers, which is really good. The price is not too high, the cost performance is super good, and it is highly recommended.

Walking distance to all the sights of Dresden. Walking distance to the train station is 15-20 along a safe route (I walked alone and at night with a noisy suitcase), but you can also take the tram. If I come to Dresden again - only to NH!

The reception is on the second floor and the service is quick. The room is small, lacking decoration and extremely basic. There is no refrigerator or minibar, no amenities, no hairdryer and the bedding is simple. The room is quiet, but tiny. The TV only has German channels, with no option to change the language to English. It is not a smart TV. Everything is old, but considering the prices of other hotels in the city it is a good option. I recommend it for 1 or 2 nights only.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the Grand Palace. You can even see the hotel inside the Grand Palace. You can reach all the attractions on foot. This trip lasted 22 days in 9 cities, and the one I was most looking forward to was Dresden. The most beautiful Baroque buildings in the world are all here. It was a city in the former East Germany. Because I arrived after dark, I felt like I was in the 1980s in China before arriving in the city. I was still amazed when I left the hotel after dawn. The buildings are very magnificent, and they are quite different from the traditional Gothic style. The hotel room is very crowded, and you can only open one box when there is a sofa bed. The place is so small that you can't even step down. The hotel shares an elevator with other hotels, and the front desk is on the sixth floor. The room is very far from the elevator, and you have to walk through the corridor and many doors to get to the room. There is no problem with the facilities itself, and the staff are also very good. I may stay here next time, but I will definitely make a note to ask for a room close to the elevator.
