Best place to stay in Drumheller. The owners are THE sweetest people who know how to make you feel welcome. Bed is the best towels the whitest, fireplace, private entry and the breakfast is worth purchasing it was so delicious 5 different fruits, juice, Saskatoon berry stuffed French toast. Rooms are spacious and have everything! Coffee and snacks always available. Loved this B&B

Highly recommended! We reserved the Upper Turret Room which features a king sized bed, fireplace, and a 4-piece bathroom with a double sized whirlpool tub. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning kept us perfectly cool, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. There’s a bar fridge and the room comes with all the necessary toiletries. The new owners of the inn are great. Everything is neat and clean and they welcomed us with a plate of cookies and some water and juice. In the mornings there are multiple kinds of coffee, some granola bars, homemade muffins or oatmeal if you prefer. It’s a good location, on a quiet street, walking a distance to restaurants & pubs, only a few minute drive away from the Badlands Amphitheatre (oh my gosh, was a stunning venue, if you haven’t been here you must come) and 12 minutes from a VERY challenging golf course. This was our second stay at the Heartwood and we will definitely be back.

The house is lovely and full of antiques. There are many different seating areas and bedrooms are comfortable and homey. The bathrooms are modern and well appointed. An optional breakfast is excellent, alternately coffee and muffins are included. The best part of the Inn are the owners who are wonderful hosts, I have never had such a nice stay anywhere.

The place has a lot of potential but unfortunately it was a miss for me. The sheets and bedding were nice quality, the bathroom was nicely updated and had some nice touches such as complimentary razors. The shower was heavenly!!!! The downside was the furniture is straight from a thrift store, the window AC was scabbed in, the room has old carpet which is not acceptable. There is no coffee machine in the room, the bar fridge sat on plywood. We got a text from the front desk asking us not to smoke cigarettes in the room as people were complaining. We don’t smoke! It was unnecessary to single us out and I feel like they could have done more due diligence in finding the source of cigarette smoke.

This was our second stay at Heartwood. As before the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the cottage and it was very comfortable and private. A perfect place to explore Drumheller and the surrounding parks, museum, and town. We missed the breakfast this time as it was not an option, but the recommendations for local restaurants were very good.

Stayed at the bungalow with the family, place was super clean, well set up, lots of extra towels, even beach towels. Patrice was wonderful letting us know where to go. We were able to explore downtown easily and valley brewery was walking distance.

We rented the vacation cottage. It is absolutely charming - an old wooden house that has been lovingly restored. Everything you need is in the well equipped kitchen - full size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The queen sized bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable with lovely updated. fine auality linens. The bathroom was really well equipped - shampoo, soap, extra towels, razors, blow dryer. The yard is completely private. WE didn't use the fire pit, but everything was ready to lite the fire. Located in a safe, quiet neighbor. WE had a lovely walk one day. Wi-fi very strong. Lots of channels on the tv - all we needed was TSN for the Rider Game - we won!!! Parital car park right next to the house was very convenient for loading and unloading. Zeke is the quintessential host- can answer any questions and can help with any issue.

We came to Drumheller because of a family emergency and found this Inn late on a Friday night when several other hotels were full due to an event. The owner assured us there was room & gave us directions to get there. He showed us into the suite & informed us to use the outer door as the lobby was closed to keep viral transmission down during the pandemic. The suite was very comfortable & just felt like home. Outside the door was a nice sitting place with a small table & chairs. The best part of the experience though were the owners/managers. They were empathetic to our plight & went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience. We will definitely stay there again if we're back in town. Highly recommended!
