I made a booking online for two Deluxe King Bed rooms. Before making the reservation, I tried calling the hotel three times to clarify some details, but no one answered the phone.
The following morning, I called again because my booking confirmation showed “2 adults,” and I wanted to confirm whether the two rooms were intended for four adults in total. The receptionist answered and immediately told me that it was not possible for four people to stay if the booking was for two adults. I understood the hotel’s policies and had already paid for four guests; I was simply seeking confirmation. Unfortunately, she did not listen to my explanation and seemed more interested in repeating her own point of view. She also did not offer any apology for the confusion.
My friends and I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM for check-in. There were several guests waiting at the reception. When it was my turn, I presented my booking confirmation, and the same receptionist informed me that the room type I had booked was not available. She spent nearly an hour checking room availability. From my perspective, I had booked and paid in advance online, yet the rooms I reserved appeared to have been sold out.
Throughout this situation, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The receptionist was rude, displayed a poor attitude, and lacked basic customer service skills. At one point, she even raised her voice and said, “This is the Eid holiday, right? How is this possible?” which I found unprofessional.
Eventually, we were assigned rooms on the first floor, very close to the nightclub and bar area on the ground floor. The noise was extremely disruptive, and we were unable to sleep comfortably. I contacted the receptionist and politely requested a room change, but she refused without offering any alternative solution or apology. She said, ""Sir we can't change your room as all rooms are full, and the DJ noise from the bar under floor will be closed at 4am."" Then, I retorted we have to sleep from 4 am later on?? So, what we can do is to request The DJ bar to minimize the sound.,she said. Actually no any noise was reduced until the bar is closed.
The hotel itself is nice, and the facilities are good. However, my overall experience was significantly affected by the poor service provided by one of the one of the lady receptionists. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were very disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Such a terrible experience. The fridge and bed were infested with dead bugs, and the washroom drain was completely clogged. Water kept overflowing from the bathroom into the room. Highly not recommended.

Worst check-in experience I have ever had. I was assisted by a staff member named Aru, and from the moment I arrived, he appeared unhappy, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Despite me smiling and politely providing my booking details, he showed no interest in interacting professionally or making guests feel comfortable.
He informed me that I needed to provide a 200 AED deposit and directed me to an ATM machine to withdraw cash. After I returned a few minutes later, instead of continuing to assist me himself, he suddenly passed me to another female staff member without any explanation.
I have stayed in many hotels before, including other hotel properties, and I have never been treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this staff member completely failed to provide even basic customer service.
The hotel itself may be good, but employees like him damage the hotel’s reputation and guest experience. The way I was treated during check-in affected me so much that I checked out at 3 AM because I could not relax or sleep comfortably afterward.
I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone unless management seriously improves the professionalism and attitude of their front desk staff.
