The room had an outside window, but it couldn't be opened, which affected air circulation a bit. Plus, the location near University City wasn't very convenient.

The room had a damp smell, and I don't understand why they don't allow windows to be opened for ventilation. However, there are many lovely cats around, which is great. There's also a Starbucks not far away in the university town.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was cleaned well, and the service was very prompt – anything we needed, we just called the front desk and it was delivered quickly. Good value for money too.

I adore the absolutely spacious Vogo Grand Hotel. My stah has been comforting and the UAE has done a fantastic job of keeping us safe. I want to mention my housekeeper Nadul, He is a very proficient housekeeper, always has a smile and very kind. He has taken excellent care of me. Thank you Nadul, and the entire housekeeping department. Highly recommend i the Vogo Grand Hotel.
