Very nice hotel. Near to Ghubaiba Bus Station and Metro Station which is very convenient. There is a small restaurant Lim's Cafe in 100m which is quite reasonable price for quick bite. Convenient Store also nearby. Hotel is super clean. Staff is very helpful. You can store your luggage for a few hours after check out without any payment.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment of check-in, the interaction with the receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She didn’t understand the my request and said something without listening my request. During the stay I was repeatedly asked to pay for everything without any courtesy or proper explanation. When I requested an extra towel, I was informed that only two towels are provided per room—this information was shared abruptly and only later in the morning, not at check-in. More concerning was the complete failure to provide the wake-up calls I had specifically requested. I had clearly requested two wake-up calls, one at 3:30 AM and another at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, neither of these calls was made, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. Overall, there was a noticeable lack of politeness and professionalism, both at the front desk and during phone interactions. A staff member named Pankaj was contacted regarding these issues; however, he was unable to provide any solution and appeared more focused on avoiding the matter rather than resolving it. Considering the high amount I paid for this stay, this level of service is unacceptable and does not meet expected hospitality standards. I kindly request that higher management review this matter and get back to me with an appropriate response, including compensation for the inconvenience caused.

it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a perfect location just a 1-minute walk to the metro and 1 minute to the bus station, with easy access to all Emirates of the UAE, Shandigha Museum, and many nearby historical places. The staff were very good, kind, and cooperative, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended

The hotel is next to the metro and busstation which is great, however…. The area and hotel is full of south east asians. When i check in, the girl was kinda rude. It literally looked like i was in india (not kidding). They were all staring and being loud in the lobby 24/7. The hotel and room had a weird smell too. I wouldnt recommand it unless you dont care about these topics, then this hotel is great for you.
