The hostel is on the 32nd floor, the view is impressive, clean, all utilities are in good working order, cozy, fresh bed linen, a store nearby, tram and metro, everything within walking distance, the beach is 2 minutes, but honestly I didn't like the beach very much. I stayed for 3 nights, I recommend this hostel.

Very affordable price, but a very high-end housing experience
1. The housing is very safe. It is a high-rise residence on JMR Beach and has dedicated security management downstairs.
2. The room is very clean and the decoration is very European style
3. House keeper Maria & Hannah made me feel at home, and I didn't feel like I was in a strange place alone.
4. Even if you come home very late, as long as you press the doorbell, the housekeeper will open the door for you.
When I left, I was very reluctant to leave and didn't want to leave here.

I stayed here for a month. It's a great place. It's on the 32nd floor. In the common area you can sit on a comfortable sofa, watch TV, chat with people. Good view of the city and the canal from the window. There is a balcony. The only downside that I couldn't stay there longer was the air conditioning, which many people always want to set to too cold. I came to Dubai to warm up, but after a night I often woke up frozen with a stuffy nose or a sore throat. If I go to Dubai again, I would like to stay here again, but probably not for long.

we had a very unpleasant experience last night at alphatel. we had booked this hostel specifically because of it s late check in (until 3 am on hostelworld). i had called and discussed with the hostel attendant and they told me they would wait for us, as we landed very late at night. i was texting with the hostel the entire duration from the moment we landed, letting them know about our whereabouts. however, when we got to the hostel there was no one to check us in so we slept on the couch. we got woken up by a very aggressive hotel attendant in a frenzy about paying for the night, even though we did not even get to sleep on a bed. we told him this is not fair (obviously) as we are no paying a nights fee if we didnt get to sleep there. after this conversation all hotel staff became very hostile to us and kicked us out of the hostel. they did not allow us to shower and were constantly telling us to pack and leave the premises asap. they were not only very aggressive in their language towards us, but overall very unprofessional and not understanding. the other guests were very concerned by the actions taken by the staff hotel towards us, making sure they stood up to us in this moment of hostility. moving forward, i would not recommend this hostel because of its unprofessional and hostile staff.
