I spend my stay in Concorde creek view hotel is too good to stay here my booking for deluxe room they upgraded me in sea view room Miss Bismilla so, kindly and helpful always smile on face

I like this hotel because of the beautiful view and its convenience.

No working swimming pool - false advertising and didn’t compensate me. Clubs on the roof and the ground level so the whole building is noisy till 4am daily. The two clubs on the ground level have *********** working out of it. Sleezy…. Just a shambles. Friendly staff, but would avoid. Perfect for 17-19 year olds on their first foreign holiday, wouldn’t reccomend for anyone kids or couples, stay clear. I never give bad reviews so this hurts.

Ok. Ok type Since I had to go in morning and return at night, I didn't notice much of facilities lack. Staff was good. rooms bit small. They accepted my request for early check in due to early morning flight at time of booking but didn't allow me to enter before 2 pm which was rude. They also did not give me creek view room though they accepted my request at time of booking. Demanded extra payment for that. The reception staff, some were very courteous and helpful , others were not much concerned type of people. Overall a 3 star. Has a metro station at walking distance which is a plus point of you prefer metro. Is in a very congested and crowded area if location is a concern.

Good stay overall. The quilt cover needs changing to look cleaner, and the room feels a bit closed in since there are no windows. My first visit was better with the water view. But the location is excellent for getting around.
